Norwegian Epic Receives Bow
Norwegian Epic’s construction, currently underway at STX Europe in St. Nazaire, France, included a milestone celebration this week. The bow was lowered into place, symbolizing the completion of the lower part of the steel hull on the mega-ship. Only the topside of the ship remains to be completed before Epic can set sail.
“Embarking the bow is a symbolic and strong step in the building of Norwegian Epic,” said Roberto Martinoli, Norwegian Cruise Line’s president and COO.
